4. Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information

8. Country-Specific Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for checking whether the ordered products are permitted for import into their country before placing the order.

KachiGhaani.com shall not be responsible if local customs authorities deny entry, confiscate, destroy, or return products due to country-specific import regulations.

 

9. Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographs of damaged products

Claims submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.

 

10. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
