Please note, already shipped/dispatched orders can not be cancelled in any circumstances. We can cancel only those orders which are not yet shipped from our side. Once the order is shipped, it’s beyond our control to cancel it.
Refunds for the cancelled orders will be processed in 7 to 10 working days of the day order is cancelled. In some cases refund may take more time than expected. In case if you face any issues with your refunds for cancelled order, please get in touch with us.
